The Terramor Village is the “Green Village” because it was designed to be
outdoors and environmentally friendly (both the landscaping and housing).  The
Terramor Village is nearing completion with the final Briar Rose neighborhood
being developed and some final work on various neighborhoods.
The Terrramor Village is comprised of twelve neighborhoods (or builder tracts). 
The following neighborhoods are in the Terramor Village:  Sedona (single family
homes), Mosaic (single family homes), Claiborne (single family homes), Evergreen
(single family homes), Walden Park (single family homes), Sutter’s Mill
(condso), Branches (condos), Banister Street (condos with zoning for home
businesses), Valmont (condos), Briar Rose (condos), Arborage (single family
homes) and Tarleton (detached condos).
The Terramor Village is served by Oso Grande Elementary School, Ladera Ranch
Middle School and Capistrano Valley High School.  When the new Capistrano
Unified School District school boundaries take effect in fall 2007, the Terramor
Village will still be served by the same elementary and middle schools, but will
then be served by San Juan Hills High School instead of Capistrano Valley High
School.
